We have partnered with "Gingr for Pet Parents" for our online reservation system in order to serve you better! You can now make reservations in a snap from the Gingr app with your phone or on the web.

If this is your first time using Gingr, you will need to either download the "Gingr for Pet Parents" app on your phone, or go to the website, do a quick one-time sign-up and schedule your reservation(s).

Here are the details for your two reservation options:

Using the app on your phone:
Go to Gingr app and download/install the app, click search a location, then enter code: 258060. This will take you to Catskill Bed n Biscuit's reservations page. Follow the prompts and fill in your and your pet's details.
Using a computer or tablet:
Go to Gingr Website. Follow the prompts to sign-up and fill in the details.

Important Terms and Conditions

All stays require a credit card on file (owners may choose a different form of payment at the end of the pet's stay). Owners will be charged 10% of their pet's entire stay if they fail to cancel reservations more than 48 hours prior to the first day of the stay or fail to show up.

All Holiday bookings require a minimum of a two-night stay. All Holiday bookings require a 30% deposit of the entire stay, forfeited if not cancelled more than 48 hours prior or in the event of failure to show up.
